I was looking for same day delivery. Direct2florist sent me details of florists in the area and I choose "Petals in bloom" . They did everything they could to ensure delivery the same day. They rang to say my order was too late to go at at 10.00am but they would ensure delivery at 6.00pm that evening, The flowers arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful. Great service. Easy to order and arrived bang on time. As I live in Manchester and florist was based in Walthamstow wasn't there to witness how these would turn out. However, I ordered these for my daughter and she said they were lovely (she sent me a picture as proof!) and they arrived on time, so was really pleased. Will certainly use them again.

Fast efficient service - flowers booked in the morning and delivered in the afternoon. Excellent flowers - would be nice if the shop sent a picture of the bouquet by email, however my daughter did this for me.

Edna Kim was very detailed and polite. The residents were not home and she was very thorough in letting me know the details and informing the recipient.
